On April 23rd, 2010 Governor Jan Brewer signed the greatest Xenophobic Legislation into law in Arizona. The new law states that local authorities will have the authority to stop anyone who they have "reasonable suspicion" to be undocumented. Many of our friends and family will be unjustly stopped for their attire, speech and appearance: a prime example of racial profiling.
